AI Photo Searcher Feature Usage Agreement
1. Feature Overview
Once enabled, the album will feature a facial recognition entry. Visitors can use their device's camera or upload a reference photo to search for photos in the album containing their own face.
2. Purpose and Scope
This feature is solely intended to help visitors quickly find photos of themselves in the album. It does not support access to or search for any other unrelated photos.
3. Authorization Responsibility
Before enabling the facial recognition feature, you must ensure that you have obtained explicit authorization from all individuals appearing in the uploaded photos.It is recommended that you publicly display related information at the event via posters, screens, etc.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Enabling this feature involves the processing of sensitive personal information, such as facial feature data. For detailed rules on how Piufoto collects, stores, and protects data, please refer to the Piufoto Privacy Policy.
5. Email Collection and Use
If a visitor chooses to provide their email address while searching for photos using the AI Photo Searcher, we will only use it to send the related photos or videos to the email they provided.Providing an email address does not equate to account registration, and the email information will not be linked to other personal account data or used for any other purposes.
6. Important Notice
If you have not obtained the necessary authorization from the individuals in the photos, do not enable or use the AI Photo Searcher feature.Any legal responsibility arising from unauthorized use of this feature will be your responsibility, and Piufoto will not be liable.
7. Recognition Accuracy
The effectiveness of facial recognition may vary depending on factors such as photo quality, lighting, face angle, and obstructions. Piufoto does not guarantee that all individuals will be accurately recognized or matched.
8. User Control and Responsibility
You can disable the "AI Photo Searcher" feature at any time in the settings.You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the use of the facial recognition feature. Piufoto is not liable for any consequences resulting from errors in recognition, omissions, or disputes over usage.
