Face Privacy Protection Feature Usage Agreement

Before enabling the "Face Privacy Protection Feature (Auto-Hide Faces)," please carefully read and agree to the following terms:
1.Feature Overview
Once enabled, the system will automatically scan the faces in the photos uploaded to the album. Based on the settings, the corresponding photos will be hidden, encrypted, or access-controlled. Visitors can use their device's camera or upload a reference photo to verify their identity, search for, and access the protected photos.
2.Purpose and Scope
This feature is intended solely to enhance photo privacy protection and prevent unauthorized individuals from viewing photos containing facial features.
3.Authorization Responsibility
Before enabling this feature, you must ensure that you have obtained authorization from all individuals in the photos regarding the processing of their facial data and privacy protection settings.
It is recommended that you publicly inform participants and obtain consent via announcements, posters, or screen prompts at the event.
4.Privacy and Data Protection
Facial feature data will only be used for photo protection purposes and will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties.
Data will be securely stored and automatically deleted based on the system's designated retention period. For more details, please refer to Piufoto Privacy Policy.
5.Email Collection and Use
When you enable the Face Privacy Protection feature, if visitors choose to provide their email address while searching for photos, we will only use it to send the related photos or videos to the email they provided.
Providing an email address does not equate to account registration, and the email information will not be linked to other personal account data or used for any other purposes.
6.Important Notice
This feature is based on artificial intelligence technology and may be affected by factors such as photo quality, lighting, angle, and occlusion, which can result in errors in recognition. Piufoto does not guarantee absolute accuracy in the recognition results.
Any omissions, incorrect displays, or other issues arising from facial recognition errors will be your responsibility.
If you have not obtained the necessary authorization from the individuals involved, do not enable or use this feature.
7.User Control and Responsibility
You can enable or disable the "Face Privacy Protection" feature at any time in the album settings.
All legal responsibilities and consequences arising from enabling or using this feature are your responsibility, and Piufoto is not liable for any related issues.
Enabling this feature means you fully understand and agree to the above terms.
