Photo Search Agreement

Before using the "AI Photo Searcher" and "Face Privacy Protection" features, please carefully read and agree to the following terms:
1.Feature Overview
After enabling the "AI Photo Searcher" and "Face Privacy Protection" features, you can search for photos containing your facial features using the following two methods:
Search by Uploading a Face Photo: You can upload a photo of yourself, and we will use that photo to perform facial recognition to find photos in the album that contain your facial features.
Face Recognition via Camera: You can enable your device's camera, and the system will recognize your facial features in real-time to search for photos containing those features.
When the "Face Privacy Protection" feature is enabled, the system will automatically scan the faces in the photos uploaded to the album and apply settings to hide, encrypt, or restrict access to the photos to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot view your facial information.
2.Authorization and Responsibility
By using the "AI Photo Searcher" and "Face Privacy Protection" features, you authorize us to process your facial data to help you quickly search for photos in the album that contain your facial features.
If the uploaded photos contain facial data of other individuals, you must ensure that you have obtained the consent of the relevant individuals to allow their facial data to be used for facial recognition and privacy protection purposes.
3.Data Collection and Processing
When enabling these features, the system will collect and process your facial data and relevant information about the uploaded photos. We will use this data to help you find photos more effectively and protect your privacy.
Facial data will be retained for 30 days from the date of upload and will be automatically deleted afterward.
Your facial data will be used solely for the purpose of providing these features and will not be used for any other purposes or disclosed to third parties. Please refer to our "Privacy Policy" for detailed data protection rules.
4.Privacy and Data Protection
These features involve processing sensitive personal information (such as facial feature data). To protect your privacy, we have implemented strict data encryption and protection measures.
Your facial data and the facial information in the uploaded photos will only be used to provide and improve the functionality of the services and will not be used for other purposes.
All data will be securely stored and automatically deleted according to the system-defined retention period.
5.Important Notes
When using the "AI Photo Searcher" or "Face Privacy Protection" features, please do not enable or use these features if you have not obtained the consent of the relevant individuals.
The accuracy of facial recognition may be affected by factors such as photo quality, lighting, angle, and obstructions. Piufoto does not guarantee 100% accuracy in the recognition results.
Any consequences arising from unauthorized use of the features or errors in facial recognition, such as omissions or incorrect display of photos, will be your responsibility, and Piufoto will not be held liable.
6.User Control and Responsibility
All responsibilities arising from enabling or using these features are your own. Piufoto does not assume any liability for any issues arising from the use of these features.
